- Description: Since 2015 I have worked with the City of Stockholm to identify, protect and promote silent, peaceful sites and walks in nature reserves. In 2021 this Guide to Silence project was expanded to small parks. The purpose is to give people daily access to calm nature and protect biodiversity. I also work with the non-profit organisation Quiet Parks International. I was delighted to find the Green4Care project - it’s exactly what’s needed to move the nature and health agenda forward. Nature as complement in health care and ”selling” the daily habit of being in nature - challenges that inspire me.
